    Default Variable stats for future events or maps

    I thought it would be fun to have an item (or many items) that have different stats on a per-drop basis, adding a little fun so that not all dropped items are the same,

    example-

    vanity: varied GL/Luck so each item may drop (17% GL and 34% Luck) but the same item next run has 44%GL and 3% Luck.

    normal: varied PROC dmg (damage over time)

    of course, there are many other ways to vary item stats, but you get the idea.
    Might be fun to try for a "maxed" item based on RNG. This would be hell for every item but might be fun for one sought-after event item.

    Seems like these would need to be different items entirely - or you could be accused of 'scamming' for selling an item with the same name that does something different (or "less valuable").

    This is already in the game in the form of enchantments, as long as it is readable it would not introduce a new way of scamming that people don't already do with enchantment, same name different stats. This is just a droppable variation
