W3I Offer Issues

I have done around 10 of these free new offers(install app and run) and have not received platinum for them. I am an avid user of tapjoy and have never had any problems with them. However, this w3i company is seedy and unreliable. I have finished around 10 of their offers, and for the last 8 or so have not received any credit, despite w3i directly reporting that these offers have indeed been verified in the history tab - new offers. From this, I can only assume that the company offering the platinum, w3i is a scam and a fraud, and firmly suggest STS disband from any affiliation with them.

Really Tapjoy is responsible for the companies that they work with, and STS isn't really working with it like the mobile app.
Vbulletin, TapJoy, et cetera.

W3I is not a part of or affiliated with Tapjoy, and their offers are directly listed in the offers tab on the spacetime studios nexus ingame.

Hi guys,

I actually work for W3i, if you are having any issues redeeming your free platinum we can manually verify the offers you downloaded and ensure you receive the platinum you have earned.

Just email our guy here: support@w3imobilesolutions.com

If you are using an Android device they will need your DeviceID of the phone or tablet you are using to play the game. To find this do the following:

-Go to your phone settings
-Go to About Phone
-Go to Status
-Look where it says IMEI (this is your Device ID)
-Copy this down and send it to me

If you are using an Apple device they will need your UDID. You can find that by following these steps:

Then we will be able to credit your account.

I am not having any problems with this. I have received all the plats for the offers I completed. In fact I am very glad because tap joy failed to pay up no matter what I tried.

One thing though, I completed every offer except 1 and I don't see new offers coming up. I Sure hope you add more soon. Thanks.

It's the complete opposite for me. I gave W3i my email, Character name, and UDID as they requested, and they still never gave me my platinum from completed offers. The whole thing is completely bogus. I think only one of their offers have ever actually given me platinum and it's been days after I completed the offer. TapJoy may give little increments of platinum, but at least I get it; and get it ASAP.

I agree with We. I did the same and support told me they have "manually verified' that i've conpleted the offers.

Howevrt, i've still yet to receive the plat they owe me to date.
This company is probably a scam, in my opinion.

For me guys, some of the offers work, some don't. I would say that most work.

Maybe it would be useful if someone started a thread with offers he tried and the result (success / fail). Then we could all give feedback (with screenshots) and if we agree that some offers don't pay we could probably do something more organised / official. Especially if non-paying offers come from the same companies all the time.

i have personally done 77 of their offers...i am owed over 250 plat....and i have emailed and emailed and i have gotten nothing...just some bs about redownload the app and open it within 7 days to get your reward...now a month and a half later im still waiting on all of that, im really starting to get upset and annoyed.....for those of you who would like tapjoy...heres the link for pc...https://www.tapjoy.com/earn/034181dd...b341b868e76851....
you cant find it really anywhere anymore cause technically it doesnt exist but i had it bookmarked....if someone could fix the issue with W3i that would be great
