About eggzavior Cinco mentioned stuff about previous eggs not being released in between zavior events so say Zavior 10 has passed and Deary was released in the middle of zavior 10 and 11 then deary will not be in zavior 11, but possibly in zavior 12+.
Picture 1, Halloween event with mephisto 10/21/2019.
Picture 2, zavior returns on 5/20/20 and does not have mephisto, zavior returns again on 3/9/21 and has mephisto.

I think they would not allow it to drop this year 'cuz they are newly released pets in-game. Probably in future eggzavier events we'll see them but who knows, maybe they'll drop
