Confused need help
Ok so im trying to reawaken some of my gear, i have one of the red awakening gems which i bought with plat, but the option to reawaken is blanked out
Ive just come back to playing so dont remember if im doing something wrong
Pls can anyone help me figure out whats happening lol
When u buy the gem from store, u get a kit.
You gotta open the kit to awaken ur items.
Also, it may be possible that ur favorited ur item which prevents it from being awakened again.

Don't reawaken your items. 99% of the time you will just lose gold. Most of the times I've tried reawakening items, I've spent more gold in awakening gems than the price of the item itself.
Only spent gold into awakening something very expensive, or just buy something with a good awakening.
It is a waste to awaken if we aren't in awaken event, I would buy event exclusive vanitys to sell or just grind events and buy gear with that
