Hardcore plat purchases.

Can someone please tell me why I spent plat on something that was described as level 57 on my hardcore character in the store and received level 51?
The items are useless.

Happened to me too when I did hc
I made a thread in bugs section & Futumsh replied it’s not a bug & I should have clicked the info circle where I would see the real level
Like I could have even known

Yeah, it seems as if no matter where something is terribly placed, if it was there but you didn't see it, its your blind self's fault lol

Well it should be made clearer. It's misleading people into using plat and if I purchase something with real money, I expect, quite rightly that I get value for my money.
I'm not going to suggestions because I want others to see this so that they don't make the same mistake.

Yes, that's it exactly. I tried to purchase level 57 for my hardcore character and got level 51 items which were worse than what I already have. 😞

I'll take a look at this. What are you trying to purchase and from what section of the store?

The store has been changed to no longer show the level you would be opening it at, and instead '(Up to Level x)' showing the range of levels available with the next update.

We'll be giving refunds to everyone that purchased these recently at too high a level.
