    just like water , finesse ... jewels , what about having movement speed jewels ?

    What about %haste jewels? It's hard for warrior to abuse endless jugg with new mythic weapons/set in pvp, they need more %haste Let's keep game broken! Also gold loot jewels, why not how about jewels which can reduce ultimates cooldown and increase it charging in pve? would be so op, right?
