The only significant chance I see except for the damage is that all will have poisons pools tail them...then after the pool,all must go to the altar.

It's all about how much damage you can do and how fast you do it. Need a team that can get to the mini boss right when the fight starts or at worst after 1 set of pools. All need to proc and use damage/haste/boost pets or your in trouble from the start.

Don't leave poison in the middle of the arena. All to one side, all to one corner or all to the edges. Just for God's sake not the middle.......

Kill the mobs first not the mini boss

Nothing stops curse other then phase changes and the altar

Did I mention you need to do a ton of damage fast? Because that is step 1,2 and 3. If your team can nuke the boss through the phases no one has to worry about poison, curses or mobs.
