Debuff in pvp

I'm not sure what causes the error but when debuffed and/or slowed the debuff never goes away. Armor stays at -50% slow stays even if you remap. Have to relog to clear.

Side note in pvp Polaris doesn't slow or debuff. Also I miss like 9 out of 10 procs and then die. Maybe a stunned rogue that can't move shouldn't have 100% dodge?

I think I found the cause of this, should be fixed for the next update.
