Luck does not work for Magnate and Feng

guys recently I checked /stats to find If luck works for some equipment and pets.
What I found:
magnate: Luck does not work
feng hb:luck does not work(gl works)
timur aa: luck does not work(gl works)
Intrepid:Luck works
luck from awaken:works
peylon: both gl and luck works

Please let me know if you find more of this and whether this is a bug or not
