Please add that, its hard to do random attacks, and we need to know if enemies/target is have negative effects like bleeding etc please add icons so we know.

I think the target lock would be nice for pve
But pvp wise, would be a very negative addition to the game.

I mean this game is already practically a "run and gun". Hopefully they reconsider proc stacking and whatnot- whenever they come around to revamping abilities and classes so that there's more strategic ways to play rather than just "run fast, spam attack".
