Armor And Speed Bug in PvP

Recently I've faced these two bugs during pvp,
My armor is dropped extremely low without any debuffs, and another speed bug where speed is reduced by 80% even in speed set we moving very slow,
I've posted a pic of stat i used during PvP, it shows all my stats okay 2.4+str and everything is normal, but the armor 3.9k
It's annoying i had to relog multiple time, but founds out i had to change character nd then log in to this character for bug to be normal.
Not Sure what's causing these bugs, but mostly I've faced it during a clash Battle

How recently? One potential cause of this was fixed with last Thursday's update.

This Is from 7th April Ig 2days ago on Thursday itself, i'll see if i face it again or anyone else does. Would post a update
