Over easy set stats a bit low for a Set category item. Legend 81 has a better stats, Legend Belt 76str Over easy belt is 66 str, Legend Amu lvl81 stat and Over easy Amu same stats. With legend 3/3 giving better main stats than Set category too low. Just saying might Set category might be better than Legend
