25% Luck elixir (40k)

Something strange happened with 25% luck elixir, (which I have bought for 40k)
Then I noticed that my elix doesn't getting spent in some event runs, it stopped at 12min 20sec even I was in event zone (and for that time it should already ended 5min ago, because I usually know how much runs i can do per elix), I checked /stats, elix was working...

After runs I went to guildhall and noticed that same 25%luck elixir counts down in guildhall which shouldnt happen
I'm not joking/trolling if you think so; and I don't know way to reproduce it again.

(Happened at 14:00-14-50 arlor time today, ign 'whatever' if you want to check it)

What's the exact name of the elixir you purchased (what you see in the vendor before purchase or your inventory after purchase)?

Just checked and those elixirs are set to countdown in PvE only.

It wasn't counting down in event runs sometimes (but still giving 25%luck in /stats), and was counting down in guildhall, I'll inform if it happens again

Btw here I took screenshot, as you can see, it still shows around 10min remain (under my character's name in buffs bar) but in place where i got it, it doesnt show that i have luck elixir active (because it should be ended already for that time), that time I checked menu - avatar - elixirs, there I had 10min remain too
(I didn't use any other luck elixir, using only this 25% for 40k gold)
