My Main Account is bugged

On my main account "Jtflorencio" I was never able to do this side quest, and now it is showing up in my Hardecor Account

I don't have it, it just sends me there but the NPC doesn't give me the quest to do it

It looks like this is an issue if you did not take the followup when completing the previous one. You can either go along with someone that needs to complete the previous one, so the mail bag which you get the quest from will spawn, or you can wait for the next update, and I'll fix it to spawn if you can get the followup quest, even if you don't have the previous one.

I've also done the 2 dream quests and i crafted the 2 halo vanity of mauso, and they reset but they told me that this is normal, the rest is not
