weapon...like you buy in the store an has stats and stuff...and goes bang bang...

vanity.... a vanity looks nice....just about it.

yes...its stated here but im a bit lost. because weapons and some vanities share the same purple name color.

Im guessing the pulse rifle is gonna be a weapon and its gonna be similar to how you get the flamethrower it says lvl 1 when you first see it but once you buy the flamethrower and you put it on it says your lvl (like if your lvl 41 the pulse rifle is gonna be lvl 41 once we all complete the quest and get the pulse rifle)

The reason for this is because the flamethrower is based on your level and will have different stats. So an L41 flamethrower will have stronger stats then an L39 flamethrower. Get my drift?
