Need your character name - affected by Skill Reset Bug?

Superkamiguru - skills fixed and plat refunded by support, attributes still messed up

I got tired of my skills and stats being jacked up so i respeced them both. And dont expect a refund but would still like to be abke to respec OP and com someday soon lol

I respecced 3 toons stats and skills for a total of 12 plat that STS refunded quickly. All you need to do is ask.

Skills and stats messed up on the following: Buffy, Star, Angel, Cat, Cid, Leon, and Spike. The last one is on a separate account.

I would prefer if there is a way to restore their former stats and skills.
But I suppose if that's not possible, then an award of plat. Or just reset them for me and I'll assign. Thanks.

I'm guessing that you'll actually need to pay for it first so that people won't be scamming by claiming 10 toons with messed stats and asking for plat to respec them.

If you pay for it with your current plat, they will reimburse you, if you shoot off an email to support. They did for me.

Not being able to have them do the restore is VERY annoying.

And how do people w/ no plat do it?

Couldn't tell you. I had plat. *shrugs* Send an email to support and see what they say.

logged in yesterday and I had all mine reset aswell,

I dont think asking for a plat refund is the best of ideas ;-)

Why? I know to what you refer, but this is clearly a bug that has affect many. STS promptly responded to my email and refunded me my 12 plat quickly.

Oh yeah, Karaaistorage is also affected, but I don't care for her much since she's my bank alt. If you guys can fix her skills and stats to how it was before it just reset all skill points, please do. If not, no biggie.

Got my refund from support already, but throwing my names into the pot for the heck of it.

okay i found out my character named private was respeced :/ from this bug he is a level 41 engineer "Private"

please re spec him back i hadn't played him in ages and am a little lost in what load out i had before :/ i just saw the lack of skills in base and then the disable auto leveling :/

So, is there a plan in motion to either get free respecs or revert our chars back to their original skill and attribute settings? And if so, when can we expect that to happen? Or we going to be forced to spend plat to respec? I guess I could do a couple Tapjoy (or whatever it is now) things to get the plat, but I don't feel I should have do that because: 1) I'm lazy, and 2) this was STS' error not mine, so it's a principle thing as well. I've been holding off on playing SL for the most part until my toon is fixed, so any further info would be appreciated. Thanks.
