As far as I understand, there are no seasonal ratings and even no prizes in PVP. There is no point in taking part in PVP, many players therefore do not participate. By the way, PVP raises interest in the game for a long time.

In PVE, buying Blood Packs, elixirs and vanity changes the difficulty of the game from very hard to super easy. It turns out that without gold, you can't play. Having enough gold, PVE becomes uninteresting and loses its meaning. The whole game boils down to the accumulation of gold.

Solutions:
- Prizes for participation and victories in PVP
- New dungeons and events, balanced relative to the player's level.
- Increase cooldown for blood packs.
