Mire set - why stats lower in Fester Swamp?

Hi guys, am wondering why my stats while wearing 3pcs more set is lower when I'm in Fester? I thought it is supposed to give bonus stats in Fester? HP, Armor, Crit increased but Damage/dps in town is higher than in Fester. (2nd cropped pic is at Fester).

Retuning player so alot to learn appreciate any help. Thanks!

If u in Festerfang Outpost, yr pet is disabled. No pet stats = lower stats
