And the event just got boring.. the fun part was using trans and then killing all the bugs.
Now its only flame flame flame.. no mobs except for a few big ones every lvl.
Clawful just left the event.

I believed that in the Chrome Ver. it was possible to switch target with the arrow key, it doesn't work now

The ppl that still say "no flamethrower please" probably havn't read the forum about the downgrade and are oblivious about the fact that exp is halved and that bugs dont give exp anymore.

Not true. You got xp with the flame thrower before. It's just that you got more when using another weapon because of killing the aliens inside

You didnt get exp when you used a flamethrower to burn a egg.. thats why ppl asked to not use a flamethrower and thats why engs ran in the front spamming trans.

Flamethrower is a piece of crap compared to what I am using already.
Up the DPS and stats to make the purchase worth it !

Ok why is everyone completing about no XP? I mean LOL just because there is no XP does not mean this game is not fun anymore and I love the new flamethrowers and why make an easy run harder then it is without flamethrowers?

There is xp, just not as much as before.

Accelerated xp gain , creds, use special gear, get all dressed up for the event, are motivations to participate so the event can be a success.
Else why would anyone bother wasting their time, creds to go there and crack 2million eggs ? There's other better places to be in than running once too many time in that infested deck.

the problem is just that it was nerfed, not that there is a lot of it
remember similar things happening before, dmc xp was reduced, the ah stash level was increased (and new char gold reduced) so people cudnt farm gold, pet drops were corrected, such things have to be done

but this event was a breath of fresh air, it revitalized the game, cudnt care less if the xp was less to begin with, but nerfing it once it is out, and announcing it only serves to break an established tempo, adds to the confusion, nothing else
still, runs are filling up, and we all need that gun, so its no biggie really

I suppose with the drought we've had on updates and the like, STS could have bit the bullet on this. Seriously, it was just a week.
