+ Raise R.I. Token minimum (remove the 1 Token denomination).
+ Added higher denominations of Tokens (max Token drop is now 100).
+ Reduced rarity of all tokens to increase chance of dropping higher amounts.
+ Rusk Industries Prototype weapons get additional damage over time effects (higher chance if Charged).
+ Multiple energy bolts fire from Blaster and Bow weapons when Charged (if targets are in attack range).
+ Increased the amount of armor reduced by Knight's Saber proc (for both normal and Charged attacks).
