Forgotten vanity event criteria

Suggestion thread is now closed so, in order to have a more clear idea of what items fit into these criteria, could we get a list of exactly what items are out of question to ever be added into the forgotten vanity event?

I know that this event's main purpose is to create vanity versions of gear from past expansions but then again there are some items that are actually rarer than others and have read several times some of those "rarer" ones don't get included in the suggestions list.

This time around I've seen many have suggested tabard sets to be added as well but these are actual vanity items so a complete explanation/list of what items are valid for future event suggestions would be much appreciated.

I myself wouldn't mind having tabard set re-released since it's the first vanity set that was included in the game but would understand as well if it ended up not being added.

I think it’s obvious they mean og rare vanities, lb vanities, discontinued vanities(tree set) etc.

As for "what other suggestions", i think he mean Vanity of some NPC or stuff like that

So imo it would be way more productive if people understand that

Collectables should be collectables. Atleast leave some history to the game. Now it's all about buying the next new vanities that come out ever event or buying the next new weak mythic weapons that come out.

I believe Cinco once said that any items from S1-S3 will not be converted into vanity, that’s a criteria for Forgotten Van event years ago, idk now ��

My SG was released for SL which was awesome thx devs, everything should be up for grabs EVENTUALLY lol.....I can understand the newest vanities are not available right away. considering how AL is coming up to well 10 years lol.

Those are the ones i would love to know if they will ever come back or no:

1- All the aura that have been sold for plats in stores

2- All the vanity that have a year written in the description

3- Og Celtic, Desert set, Marvelous Weapon Vanity, Anglers Fishing Hat,
Dark Harbinger, Luminary Angel and also all the vanity that have been sold for plats in stores.

Go after dark and shadow stuff for the event, the boss in map 5 of shuyal would be one cool vanity to own. Sword helm and vest. That black blade from the previous forgotten vanity event is 100m+ now from what I know.

Those are all vanities that already exist - so they are off limits for the event.

I indicated that we'd be offering vanity versions of equipment that has yet to be turned into a vanity. Nevertheless, players did request the return of a bunch of vanities. None of these requests fit the criteria of 'equipment that is not yet a vanity' so they're all off limits.

The exceptions to the base intent of this event would be NPC weapons and appearances. Hugals' axes are my favorite of these. Neither equipment nor vanity but still worth considering :-)

I'll change the name of the event so that it makes more sense. "Forgotten Vanity" is a disservice to the public and intimates a type of event that we have no interest in doing.

An easier/simpler question would probably be any plat store vanity or aura that came out during an event or sale or vanities that have been in locks in the past

Also I would like to mention that I'd like there to not be a year wasted on all the "collectibles" people are mentioning like forerunner crier blue founder ect, as there's already recolors of these and would be a waste of a space this year

Edit- Also would like to know if vanities that dropped from bosses from previous years would ever make a return

what scares me is re-releasing plat only items again things are not cheap....and using my dinero when I could have bought an ice cream.
(I use items to sustain my living in-game)

I'm giving respondents the benefit of the doubt here because the name of the event is entirely misleading.

Obviously saying explicitly what is involved in the event doesn't matter... so I'll name it something appropriate to keep people from concerning themselves over the sudden appearance of their beloved rare discontinued / limited edition vanities :-)

Thank you very much, i didn't have doubt about this, but i thought you mean not only for the event but for anytime in the future,
so all those vanity should not ever come back at any time right?
