Yes. Cara said vanities drop in any non tutorial zones.

VanitY never drop on the ground. It just pop up like SL and PL
no it drops on the ground its a blue looking thing with pink light
It's smaller than a dropped gem.

i stared at it for a while its a triangle with a blueish pinkish light very tiny.

The vanities drop and look like pinks w/ a smaller "icon". I got an Eagle Mask yesterday from Fanged Face-off.
