I think you have to set the purified solstace fire gem drop % lower

Some people already tested AL and there are still stuff to fix so I don't think AL is ready yet to come out. I dont think sts will drop their 4th legends as fast. DL is still kinda freshly out. But ik it will be in a couple of months.

They said int eh fall but as early as August

Before this recent update you could get a Solstice Fire Shard and combine it with a Solstice Fire Gem and create the level 16 Solstice Bracelet. With the newest update you can combine that level 16 bracelet with the Solstice Purified Fire Shard to create the elite elvel 26 Solstice Fire Star. Hope this helped you sabermage

Edit: I don't personally know the name of the L16 bracelet but someone in game said Solstice Fire Jewel.
