Lv 81 mythic lightsaber war

This sword is bad in many ways.
-Pulls less mobs than TerrorBlade.
-7 Second cooldown on its 1 pull proc.
-Procs by hitting air molecules.
-Low damage.
Im not saying nerf or change terrorblade at all here. But the saber is worse than tb because of its 7 second cooldown.
We can't use this proc for anything because we proc our dozer axe then switch to the saber to debuff and damage mobs. Here is when the saber becomes an issue, you proc your dozer axe and switch to your saber. People tend to use saber after the dozer axe proc is out. 7 seconds go by and you just proced your saber which restricts you from procing your axe for another 7 seconds. Its got a 100% proc chance.
Terror blade is the best pull proc type weapon, I don't suggest having pull on this mythic sword because of the way its mechanics work. Don't change TB, just change the mythic sword.
Instead of pull add snare which traps the mob in place because what is the point of pulling mobs when in that 7 second cool down they just back up away from you?

DAM I got an idea, the real proc of saber should make the warrior like venim aa pulling enemies each 3 secs and proc lasting for 8 secs with a cooldown of 5secs and that just that effect of rusk energy burning enemy should be remplaced with a x4dmg of each skill or attack applying that enemies sorrounding also take dmg n debuff armor
