L26 Solstice Fire Star is not stashable

This is actually intentional. The Purified Fire Shard component required to forge a Fire Star is not however, and you can stash that to trade to your other characters. The gems have to be crafted up for each character individually.

Why not allowing to stash and then make one for an alt, though? I would like another one but not sure what I want to name my alt yet.

You can shift the materials needed to upgrade an alt's Gem/Jewel/Star through the stash.
