Thats not correct.

The amount of gold in game does not control item rarity which is the greater influence in cost.

I can gurantee you that if most high priced items immediately drop in value players will quit.

well, it is not that enjoyable to stay 8 hours straight searching for good loot and farming gold, those who you call lazy do have a life at least.

That's not how supply vs demand works.

The items worth is dicacted by rarity. If your gold is worth less you will need more to purchase.

Its no different than Irl. If Im selling a car worth $8 Million Usd, but your currency is worth less than Usd, that won't change the price of the car.

Just buy platinum or run events.. It’s hella information on YouTube how to make gold from events but if your not actually lazy you could make around 100mil. I’ve seen couple newbies in my guild who we help hit that mark but this post is just a excuse of not wanting to grind the game. If they add a battle pass I’m pretty sure you guys probably wouldn’t be complaining that much lol

Your thought is that items are too expensive due to the amount of gold that others have. The assumption is that if less gold is in game it will decrease the value of those items.

To the example above Ill use Php as an example. If 1us dollar equals 52 php peso but suddenly the peso is only worth 26 php, the rare car I am selling does not lose value due to the currency being worth less. It just means you will need double the amount of money to purchase.

If a low amount of items are available (supply) but many people want to buy them (demand) the price will always be high.

It's true. We can only use gold or plat to make purchases, that doesn't mean that a seller will lower their price drastically

A vanity worth 1B is not going to suddenly start selling for 100M. I'm not sure if this can be any simpler.

I suggest making another set of arcane/mythic items which is only lootable at a certain map if you have a hunter elixir open. And you can only get this hunter elixir through store or crafting(which also cost a much littler amount of gold compare to store).

what i PERSONALLY think is that we dont need gold sink rather we need more quantities of a certain item in the game so that it become close to common but still have a certain value

Now some of you may say what about the rich hoarders ,well as i stated above item becoming close to common . so hoarding wont let anyone in a profitable way since everyone will have one at some point . (do mind everyday NEW PLAYERS joins the game)

For example :- mephisto egg

well know pet for its arcane ability and most wanted pet , but after the 2022 eggzavier it prices dropped because everyone had 3-4 within themselves ,making it common and available to all the players but still hold a decent price for new player to buy it from auction .

game has been always focused on endgame but only 1-4 out of 10 players stick to see it . (quote me on this to know how i got the number )

Major problem what i think arcane legend have is their market strategy , they seem to take crazy amount of money from an single person instead of taking small amount of money from more people

It will be same thing as now, the same difficulty to earn gold, prices also as per gold in game, they should sink gold because they cannot exceed stack limit and in this game there is a very huge amount of gold and if it keeps on increasing like this then it will be a problem. I don't think it can be any simpler.

and the truth is its always increase even with so called gold sink like 50m aura not all people will fall for it and even if they did most of them probably already made more than 50m to cover up .i think gold cap increase to 1b per trade has a lot to do with the price increase.
