The Forgotten Vanity Event is on the horizon, with an unforgettable selection of new vanity armor, weapons, and auras previously only available as statted gear/effects.
How do you get them, you ask? The Forgotten have once again been robbed of their Phantom Slug tokens, but this time there's a new enemy to blame: Gorestomp, the evil Orc and his goblin mercenaries.
You'll steal through the energy-free portal in town to face Gorestomp and his minions.
Enemies will drop Phantom Slugs that can be redeemed at the token vendor for bound vanities, or you may get lucky enough to snag the tradable versions from Gorestomp himself.
Here's a look at just a few of the items that will be available:

The Glintstone Set should not have been included. Aps are connected to this set. Pleasse do not release this. It can be crafted quite easily.

I met some people in game who have glinstone set (equipped), they are happy about glinstone aura coming, there's no problem in releasing glinstone aura, equipping aura is better than equipping whole low lvl set for aura

I ain’t tryna see my hard earned warrior glint set aura be on anything beside a warrior. This event is such a mistake literally no one asked for any of these vanity’s/auras. Reconsider and delay the event.

Crafting glint set is a choice, if this event did not exist before, now it does. Move on. Its not like you crafted it 1-2days ago just to look cool in towns, its more like for the APS these days.

There’s something special that gets lost as soon as you start selling the items that many players worked hard on in the past, majority of the people on this thread probably have no clue how to craft glintstone without using arlor eggs let alone the grind it took to craft the set by running dailies. “Grinding” “Farming” “Earning” are concepts of the past because all you have to do now is wait for a forgotten event with a pocket full of platinum.
This event is selling the looks of players who actually played the game to noobs who “have a life” or are “too busy running companies” whatever their excuses are to not do anything but beg on the forums and it’s pretty disappointing. I thought recycling collectables was bad enough but it seems like they’ll recycle just about anything, what’s next? Some season 1-6 banners? Maybe some discontinued titles or level cap badges, those look cool don’t they? This event and these forum warriors are nothing but a joke (:
