Hi guys, can i check about using crate keys to open locked crates? I mean I thought all locked crates need plats to unlock. How or where die crate keys come into play?

Every so often STS have crate keys for sale in store for plat.
When this happens, people who have plat purchase the crate keys packs and some are then sold in auction.
If you have enough gold you can purchase the crate keys from the auction and use them to open locks.
They are in packs of 50 and 25.

But I thought locked crates can only be opened with plats? Are there locked crates which can be opened with keys instead of plats?

The crate keys can be used instead of platinum to open locked crates but you would need to purchase them from the auction.
I don't know how much they are at the moment but they can be quite expensive.
You can search the auction for crate keys in the chest section.
Some events give bound crate keys as a reward for reaching a certain level too, so look out for events that do that in future.

Ahh I get it now. I mistakenly thought crate keys = crate tokens. I open the crate keys now n see the option to open chests with it. Tyvm guys for Yr help!
