Update on fb login?

I've submitted a ticket and still no word from the support team for me to be able to convert my Facebook login to email/password access, last I heard was 10:10 a.m Texas time, which is only an hour behind from where I reside, ,,

If there are any updates it would be helpful, I've provided the corresponding information so now just a waiting game
