Adding voice chat

I dont know if its topic has talked before. But it will be more helpful for some players to communicate, such as explaining quickly to newbie about the game. It also helpful for a party who is playing dragkin challenge, temple challenge, Evg, or normal game.

So, to avoid voice chat being noisy, it can only be used when players in a party.

You guys can make a discord server or join AL server and then join Voice chat channels there
