Blue jester vanity

There was a blue jester vanity originally created for the tour of arlor event – it got replaced by blue journeyman as the reward and was never seen again. Is it possible this could ever be released as a store item or part of an event?

Supposedly they were going to revamp the Store Vanities and add new ones but we still have yet to see. Though this wouldn’t hurt to be one of the new ones.
