Stars SET bonus "particles"

The Stars are awesome I love em! Only think is the uncrafted set stars are a bit hard to see in maps that are kinda dark colored ):

I don't think stars are awesome at all. They look like a set bonus you would get from AO. I seem to remember a wand with black stars from those maps.

I personally think that effects have become worse over time. Glyph (insanely amazing) - Fang (ok) - Humania (downright mediocre).

LOL, It's not cheapness, it's the fact that the bonus on the crafted sets are underwhelming and the Tiki sets do a lot more damage (for Birds) so it's more useful to a party to dish out huge damage. Yeah, stars are a bit underwhelming too, but oh well.

I love it I always liked the stars on the Gurgox Set. Something different and unique.

One thing I never heard a single complaint about was the original humania set effect! It was very cool. I heard half-a-dozen complaints about the stars within five minutes of logging on after the update. Really... it almost seems to me like the developers are deliberately making the game more goofy and cartoony (see elite pirate ship weapon - uggh)... maybe so we'll go play Arcane Legends instead?

I think they're trying to do something new; we haven't had any floating stars as a set effect yet.

Although it seems like they're not doing so well on their first try.

How about we get a different colored set bonus for each Crafted set? Int would be yellow smoke with yellow sparkles, dex would be green smoke with green sparkles, and str would be blue/purple smoke with sparkles?

Reread what Mothy and I said: Rift set with Gurgox Hammer provides stars. My favorite outside of Demonic.
