Of course it does, but not all are rich...and this just opens and option for the rest of us poor people to be unique. If I remember right it's 1 time a year...when we can have it anytime we want.

I didn't include legendary, sets or arcane or better just because of marketing value. Goal was to use gears already ingame that look good and keep the medieval style of AL.
