A twink is a lvl15 or lvl20 character with which u just pvp and the guild bank isn't really in use at the moment.

No u can't. Before the lvl46 update you had to have one character which is lvl35+. I don't know the actuall lvl requirements.

A twink is a lvl15 or lvl20 character with which u just pvp and the guild bank isn't really in use at the moment.

A twink is any level character below cap, either pvp or pve, that is given items, usually the best ones for their current class and level, farmed by a higher level alt.

Lvl 39+ is the new lvl req. I'll try and have the original post altered soon.
