skill modifications applied using heroic weapons. for skyward smash we could have it make ground hot for 5 seconds after it hits .. or knocks back enemies? though im not suyre how or even if thats useful in AL. lol

I like the idea of gears having some buff on skills, like diablo immortal rpg, that's cool.
