First thing: There is a message that pops up in your chat after entering any place in game that states "Do NOT tell anyone your email or pass!"

Second: Because of this, you 'friend' either deleted your character after taking all your items, or he just deleted it.

Third: Listen to the rules and keep your personal info safe even from someone you think is a friend because it's against ToS and this stuff happens.

Email support to get these types if stuff handled out.
