how to do lots damage to elite sunken boss as mage?

I can kill around 75% hp with ult but its not every run maybe anyone know better tactics?

switch to rogue so u can do 1% damage with ult and marianos bow

proc ur staff and ebon armour then use laser gun ( haste, and bd awakes will help)

0% bd, also procing both at the same time is not hard at all. Use nox bolt which is a constant dot on your target while you use shadow pierce to deal more dmg which will proc sunken quite fast. Proc control is not hard.
For mage the only thing I can do is proc ebon vest with aquaris then swap to my 81 smuggler gun with high damage and use metor. Takes out a huge chunk of health.

like that mage with the 3 letter name i saw when 76 was cap, forgot their name; used meteor in same way to 1 shot dred. . @@

Yeh how many times did it take though? Consistent? Took you 30+ seconds to align proc. That too in a map like elite sunken where people farm gold nowadays the blobs which spawn can just absorb the entire rogue ultimate in that tiny window to actually press the ultimate. That too if rogues are lucky enough to get the proc off before the warrior just clicks R and almost insta procs neptaris to wipe the boss health clean.

Aligning procs is hard, the video you put out shows this mate. Took you like 30+ seconds did it not? keep in mind as a rogue you need to get the chance to proc stack, (when a warrior one shots with neptaris/polaris). And when i say warrior, I mean a warrior with nothing but neptaris and a legendary 3/3 set 81. Which is as cheap as it gets. Run a few times in elite sunken maybe? And see what happens as a rogue, see if you get 30+ seconds to actually align procs. And also you got to take into consideration the fact that the rogue ult has a chance to completely miss the target with additional mobs around specially in a map like elite sunk.

yes you can if every proc is perfect u use a damage elixir and u have 1billion gold + gear
but you can also do that withjust a polaris or neptaris and ult as a war with nothing else

Yes , compared to rogues warriors apparently one shot meaning warriors kill faster
And yes as your video link shows rogues are clearly slower with no impact, in a team of mages as well. Check if the rogues did anything with thier procs in the video.
So in conclusion rogues are terribly bad at aligning procs in time to actually do something.
