I've made some small changes that I hope will be effective in removing this. As for the Rooftop mission in Morhaven, are you sure? None of those particular enemies climb on to map I don't think.

by particular enemies do you mean ones that drop items? it very well could have been a head or a limb and I could have been very tired

you're correct, it was actually on map 1-3. I forget we had changed up our maps that night. My mistake!
