Can this: ("The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search") be removed?
It makes it hard to search for things like "xp" , "gl" etc because they are too short.

Yeah, that bugs me too. We use vbulletin, so I'm sure there's a setting for it. We'll look into it.
