House designing blueprints

Make a house design then being able to craft it into a blue prints that you can sell on da auction or trade. In order to open it you gone need the required number of furniture that was put into the blueprint/design to be-able to open it, otherwise when you open it only the furniture that you have in yo inventory will be the only ones displayed. Another way you can have it is, unless you have all the required amount of furniture, the blueprint wont open at all(to make it more simple for the game designers).

Example 1(Da blueprint gone list hm you got/hm is required)
0/1 Elondrian Witch House Deed
11/20 Ice walls
5/5 Chilling couch
10/10 Lanterns
2/3 Armor holders

Example 2 (Da blueprint just gone list hm is required)
5 Ice walls required
10 Armor holders required
12 Helmet holder required
200 Black arcanite walls required
