Hello Cinco, many player been complaining about platinum had been removed from Nightly rewards sir. The whole point of char slots was for plats, players purposefully bought char slots with the intention of accumulating plats this way. For many non-plat buyers, this was the only source of plat. So why change it now and even if players "exploited" this opportunity, the system was like this for a long time so why say it's exploited now? I hope you consider bringing it back sir, pls just give us plats at the 5th day no need to give during the normal day, this way it gives players motivation to keep playing and increase gameplay activity, it also help new player to grow in the game too. Removing plat rewards will make it harder for Dl non-working population to keep up with the game. Removing plats as a nightly reward will inevitably lead to some (not all) plat buyers to hoard daily deal plat items and unnecessarily inflate its prices. For a game that targets 12+ year olds (according to App Store) it will be hard for the non-working dl population who can't buy plats to even keep up with the game, I feel it only fair to at least give plats on the 5th day of nightly reward. Thank you for reading and again I hope you take this into consideration sir.

The platinum reward for 5th day was the best thing sts ever did for us and now they took it away and that's a sad thing for those who were excited to finally be able to get some platinum to buy those overpriced platinum sets and then they are put in auction to be overpriced even more. I for one have kids to take care of so I can't really buy plats and I'm not gonna spend all the gold I grinded on one top or pet or even hat or weapons. So when I was collecting those 5 day plat rewards it was a relief to finally be able to have some platinum

Yes true add platinum reward back Cinco many players bought character slots just for that reward and it is suddenly removed after we spent so much platinum on buying character slots we could have rather saved our platinum . Agreed, I didn't expect it to be completely removed, especially for those of us who were very happy about it, because finally we were able to collect free platinum. Please do consider returning the plats at the 5th day, or nerfing the rewards down to 50 platinum sounds more reasonable.

For everyone who are disappointed with the Platinum removal, Cinco already mentioned that the system is not permanently removed instead he's bringing a new system with less exploitation and more fair rewards.

Why I and others get disconnected all the time? For me it started last gauntlet. It was impossible for me to play the event. I get disconnected even before the game is fully loaded, on the map, in sanctuary and in maps/eventzone. This is crazy. Right now I needed 2 attempts just to get the game loaded. I have no internet problems. I only get disconnected from DL.
Isn't there a way to fix it?
It's very stressing if you take your time to play an event and then you can't because the game won't let you.
I would really appreciate it if you could fix this issue.
