revert gold loot to gold drop?!

If I remember few years ago, gold loot was basically working like "gold drop."
For example, if you kill a boss, boss drops gold, you swap to gl set, gl set% is applied.
Now, if you kill boss, boss drops gold, you swap to gl set, gl set% is not applied.
This would be very helpful especially since people can kill bosses and mini bosses pretty quickly, and overall just be convenient!

Gold amount is generated at the time the monster is killed and as far as I can tell, it has always been this way.
