NO. I've typed my password wrong a lot and never seen an email from spacetime. It's a scam.

Maybe they improved their security? I received an email when my device failed to sign into tapatalk a few days ago.

Nice to know it shows ip, that 175.176 ip seems to be in the philippines. Thats where the person who attempted to log into your account lives. I can get precise home address but I won't post it publicly.

Why should they start an email with dear waatda makes no sense.
Atleast 5 times. When it would be like that it’s blocked after 5 times and not atleast.

Why in the hell out of from somewhere of this world should sts tell you the ip address.

Sts isn't the only one that does this, Google also does this and many other apps when someone tries to log in to your account

This is a message from the Spacetime Studios forums security software - which is why the email refers to you by your forum handle and not your IGN.

The email indicates that someone attempted to log in to your forums account with the wrong password.

Good news is: the person who tried to access your account doesn't have your current forums password.

If we were to say report these ip's to customer support will they ban these guys' main accounts for attempting to access other peoples' accounts?
