Charged attack

I don't know if it is just me but sometimes when I fully charge normal attack, the attack wont come out, my character is just standing there. If it is lag it supposed to hit or something but its not, my character just standing there.

Does this happen to you when you switch hot bars fast? When I do that it happens to me too
