hhahaha. the passive of lammy, maybe, but 500 damage seems very low. However, if the regen works without lammy's HB, then Lammy's passive may be op for high a hp build. ofc. you would become unkillable.

well, there u go, slot heroic garlic on that with meph AA and a zaarus set with kill ring/profit set, you're as good as gold.

In Terms of clashes If you use them For stats, h garlic is the much better choice, h lammy is more a pet For Low level pvp trough the hp Regen, which stacks with orb and h sam. H garlic gives you alot of haste, which means you can Axe faster, heal faster and your jugg will be up faster after you used it, Same with every Other skill, since haste is Just cooldown reduction obv

i think you need to clear your question, is it a hb or passive because you can do Immortal_blood suggestion if ask about passive.
