Hello everyone, what are all of your opinions on End-Game Int Birds?

I am playing as a level 70 duel spec, str/int finding I enver run out of mana, good h/s m/s good hit %, good dodge and damage, also good armour, why are there not too many end-game int birds?

I play int dex, but I focus in PvP (although I don't do it a lot anymore)
Int str can be good during PvE but it isn't really good at PvP
