Honor Pvp Kills Processed into KDR

I usually play honor pvp because it's fair and equal. But I need to build aps too, I don't have pvp items for that. It would be perfect if Honor pvp kills were processed into KDR.

This seems fair since Honor PvP was added well after. It would also need to be deaths, or we split Honor kills/deaths into a new set of stats entirely.
