Allow us to switch loadouts even if a skill is on a cooldown.
taht seems OP bro and confusing to think about how it could not be OP.
Idea 1:
We can switch skill loadouts, even if skills are on cooldown, but...
all the new loadout skills begin on cooldown.
This could be exploited with haste, but perhaps that would be the fun part.
Idea 2:
Skill loadouts can be swapped even if skills are on cooldown, but...
skill cooldowns are now NOT individually defined by a loadout.
To elaborate - I use Juggernaut, i switch to another loadout which also has Juggernaut, but...
the Juggernaut cooldown is still considered the same cooldown. < - I like this idea.
Somebody please explain [in detail if u can] how these ideas could be OP/exploited.
