This happened in DL and I think I know the answer. *Murmurs: well that's true but then again... A HA!* So ya friend here, bought himself a luck enhancer then tried was crusin' down the USC Base. Ya friend decided to chill ax by one of dem, smexy lookin' plants in the shade cause, we all know how hot it gets on that ship. Am I right??? So anyway, ya friend decides to buy one of dem, uh what are they called? *Snaps fingers as if to jog memory* Oh! One I'd dem, new plat packs right? Now this is where I got jumbo la bumbo mi padre. In DL ya sees, ya buys yaself a pack and have a chance at getting yaself a cool lookin' weapon. Floatin' my boat here boy-o? So if ya had a luck enhancer on ya and bought a plat pack you would re-roll yaself one of dem fancy weapons. But! That's not how it is up in da USC dawg! You bees hitting up da corna' STO with dem chips and soda and buys a plat pack and get whatever in there. Ya feel me? So ya know, I'm not really sure what I bees talking bout in this here post but I hope you was at least tryna' float ma boat.
