115 fast cap

We are all looking forward to 115, and I think it's great to disallow/remove those 1.5k-20k instant XP packs, but I would think a badge would matter more to the first 5 or 10 that accomplish the cap's extraordinary grind, instead of just being the 'only' visual cap reward for anyone/everyone. I do think a stat-boosted badge would be awesome.

The Crimson/Sea Green Admiral Vanity rewards from the 110 cap are still so heavily sought after and collected this many years later - so for me, it would be disappointing to have vanity sets/rewards entirely removed for the 115 sprint cap.

Perhaps something that ties into the 115-campaign storyline - like a new Pet or 2-piece (helm/armor) or 4-piece set - would be possible as the reward? Maybe the reward could be similar to the Forest Fury events, where the player could select their desired leaderboard weapon reward from a few select choices.

We disable XP kits for characters that are within 5 Levels of the new cap in Arcane Legends... and it does a lot towards evening the playing-field for the race to a new cap. So we will probably:

- Disallow XP Kit opening for Characters that are Level 110+
- Remove XP Store purchases for Characters that are Level 110+

As for the 'Fast Cap' rewards, etc. - nothing has been decided. It's probably best to do something like a Title or a special new Badge since vanity weapons aren't useful to all characters / builds.

A badge and a vanity would be best for a fast cap reward. I would say a weapon or an armor would be nice to see. Not much incentive to fast cap for only a title/badge.
